NERF War Parties

We are happy to announce we are now offering NERF war parties at the arena!  NERF is one of the most popular blaster sports on the market! Suitable for almost any age!  The Nerf JR  series is recommended for ages 6+ while the Elite 2.0 series is recommended for ages 8+ you are sure to have a blast no matter which series you choose!  These are also very popular among older folks and parents who would like to participate in the action, but are weary of being shot with airsoft BBs or Gel Blaster balls.  With the addition of NERF we can accomidate anyone of any age or expierence level!


What's Included In A NERF Party?

  • Private use of the entire arena! Bring your friends and family out and relax. We have a very large staging area with plenty of tables and chairs, so feel free to bring pizza, cake, or anything else you like. Please note - we do not provide napkins, utensils, plates, table cloths, etc. so if you are going to want/need any of that please don't forget to bring it.
  • 16 NERF Blasters & Participants - If you want to have additional participants, you can have as many as you like, but the cost of each additional player is $15.
  • 2 or 4 hours of the most fun you have ever had! - We recommend the 4 hour party so you have plenty of time to get all the players checked in, the waivers confirmed, etc. And if you would like to eat lunch in the middle or do gifts, photos, etc. it will give you ample time to do so at your leisure. Also, if you have a large number of players who will be rotating out the 4 hour party will give the maximum amount of sessions/play time as possible so you can make sure everyone gets as much trigger time as they can handle!   Please note: the time slot you choose is when the doors open, there is no additional setup time before your party is booked.
  • Unlimited Darts! - We will have more then enough ammo soaked and ready to go for your party! Much more then you could ever possibly use during regular play, but if you are interested in using brand new darts, that you can keep after the party is over, they are $14.99 for a 70 pack.  The more you have, the less you have to stop to collect darts, so that ammount is up to you.   If you would like to go this route we need to know at least a month in advance so we have time to order more darts if needed.
  • Eye Protection & Team Identifiers - We also provide quality safety/shooting glasses to protect everyones eyeballs, and you have the option to use our light up arm bands so everyone knows which team they are on - this is an option but not required if you choose.
  • x2 Referees - Who help organize the game modes, and keep things running smothly, and make it a safe and fun time.



PARTY CHECKLIST:

NOTE: If you have minors in your party, the waiver system is going to make the parent fill out the waiver first, and then fill out waivers for minors under their account. The parent will not count towards your player count if they are not participating.

  • Make sure everyone knows the start time of your party and is here on time so you get as much playtime as possible.
  • Not really necessary for nerf, but Airsoft or Gel Blaster parties we recommend bringing gloves if you have them as well.


AVALIABLE TIMES & DAYS:

  • Private arena rentals are available any time we are not open to the public for walk-on play. So the following days and hours are what is available for private events:
  • Monday - Thursday - Any time you prefer!
  • Friday - 2PM to 6PM or 11PM to 3AM
  • Saturday - 11AM to 3PM or 11PM to 3AM
  • Sunday - 9AM to 1PM or 9PM to 2AM
  • Do Note if you want one of the time slots that goes past Midnight you will have to contact us directly first. We have to make sure we are able to staff it for you. Also, because our system will not by default let those hours be booked, because it goes 1 day into a new day.



THE COST:

$550 + tax (4 Hours)

Additional players are $15 each

$325 + tax (2 Hours)

 *** Please Note - when booking you want to select the 'Private Arena Rental' option not the 'Open Play' option.  And in the order notes please put NERF 2.0 (for ages 8+) or NERF JR (ages 6+) so we know which blasters to have prepared for you. ***


 ATTENTION: once your party is booked it is non-refundable. We can however put the credit towards another party on a different day, or we can put it into your East Coast Airsoft Arena account, and you can use it for general admissions, concessions, or merchandise at the pro shop.


The Armoury

Blaster Size Comparison:

I know alot of you are probably wondering how physically big the blasters are.  The JR blasters have slightly smaller grips and much smaller overall size and weight, so younger players can handle them with ease.

The main 2.0 Blaster we use is still compact enough players can easily shoulder it, but as you see we do have a few other misc. blasters we don't have full 16 sets of that we can rotate out for players who want to give them a try, or if the main Eaglepoiny RD-8 NERF blaster is too large or heavy for them.
